The largest National HIV Testing Day activation in the nation! Since 2011, KFF’s Greater Than HIV and Walgreens have joined with health departments and community partners to provide FREE tests, PrEP referrals, linkages to care, and more.
More than 104,000 HIV/STD rapid tests have been provided through the activation since our launch. And many more have been reached with information about testing, prevention, and treatment.
In 2025, partners at more than half of participating Walgreens offered syphilis and/or hepatitis C testing.
