The Connection Between HIV and STIs

What’s important to remember, that we don’t always talk about is that sexually transmitted infections, independently, are responsible for about six percent of HIV infections in the United States.

So good sexual healthcare that focuses on STIs, not only is it STI, or sexually transmitted infection, prevention, it’s HIV prevention. So really think about all of those as one package.
